Rania is an Associate certified coach from the International Coaching federation with 18 years of experience in the corporate world and diverse industries. She considers that people are the main asset of any organisation, and with no doubt, happy employees generate happy customers. Hence, she adopted coaching as her management style with the aim of elevating employees' well-being to further enhance their efficiency which will naturally improve the overall organisational performance.

Rania’s appreciation for Laughter and Playfulness, encouraged her to pursue training in the field, allowing her to become one of the few Laughter Wellness Facilitators in the Middle East. She firmly believes in the power of Laughter and its positive effects on people’s overall well-being. Laughter is the #1 natural enemy of bad stress because they are physiological opposites. The predominance of one tends to prevent the other.

Laugh your stress out is a session designed to energise the mind and body. The session involves a healthy and natural way of creating a D.O.S.E. of well-being (Dopamine, Oxytocin, Serotonin, and Endorphins – the main hormones of happiness). You will learn and experience essential joy-filled tools and techniques that bring positive responses in your body to boost your mood and diminish stress. You will also explore a variety of approaches towards facing the challenges of daily life with a more confident, rational, and optimistic perspective.
